Enable others to do what you're doing by putting them into the limelight, if only for a few moments on your next podcast. Many teachers would do it just for the honor of being asked by the man. Don't assume they are too busy to want to be a part of something cool. How do you get people to your same level? Invite, enable, turn the camera around.
